Role Description

This is a remote and contract hunting role for various industrial verticals.

The Sales BDV Director / Manager will be responsible for sales, customer service, and training activities.

The Sales BDV will focus on acquiring new clients in different verticals to develop new customer bases.

They will work closely with the sales team, attend meetings about different verticals, and pitch clients on behalf of the company.

This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere in the world.

Preferred locations: Saudi Arabia, where most oil and gas echo systems and system integrators are located.

Qualifications

We value:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in oil and gas, mining, chemical, field service, logistics, field digital transformation, XR, drone, robotics, or IoT environments.
  • Existing network of system integrators and/or enterprise customers in XR, OT, DT, IT, or field technology is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients across various verticals.
  • Strong customer service skills to develop and maintain lasting relationships.
  • Proven sales success with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in training clients and staff on new technologies.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Knowledge of frontline workers, field operations, digital transformation, XR (AR, VR, MR), drone, robotics, and IoT technologies is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Existing relationships within related ecosystems or verticals are highly advantageous.
