The Role

We are not looking for someone who can use Photoshop.

We want a multimedia powerhouse - part designer, part video editor, part motion wizard - who thrives on new ideas, takes initiative like it's a sport, and is obsessed with finding faster, smarter, more creative ways to make magic.

You ll be our visual voice - translating complex ideas into beautiful, moving, branded content across social, presentations, videos, events, and merch. And you ll do it with the help of cutting-edge tools, including AI - not as a bonus, but as a non-negotiable part of your creative toolkit.

What You ll Do

• Video and motion: Edit, animate and elevate stories that demand attention - for social, brand, product and campaign content
• Design for social and digital: Create bold, modern, scroll-stopping assets with strong storytelling built-in
• Creative strategy: Take briefs and go deeper - solve problems, spot opportunities, challenge assumptions
• Always experimenting: Use new tech (especially AI tools) to find better, faster, braver ways to deliver exceptional design
• Brand storytelling: Help shape and evolve the Zeroe brand across every touchpoint, always pushing it forward
• Presentations, events and merch: Craft visuals for pitches, pop-ups and physical swag that looks as good as it feels

Your Toolkit (Must-Haves - No Exceptions)

We require someone who is already using - and comfortable switching between - a wide range of design and AI tools, including but not limited to:

• Figma
• ChatGPT, Claude or other LLMs for ideation and scripting
• Lovable, Gamma, Runway, Midjourney or similar AI design/video tools
• A mindset geared toward testing emerging tools, breaking them, and finding smarter workflows
