The Marketing Team

Our dynamic marketing team are brand builders, lead generators, and content creators!

We are looking for a Multimedia Designerto bring Stake’s brand to life through a mix of video, motion graphics, and digital content across our social platforms, web, and app.

What you’ll do:

Graphic Design

• Design performance ads for platforms like Meta, Google, Snapchat, and LinkedIn
• Create branded visuals for organic social, blog headers, email banners, and app/web assets
• Develop reports and decks that are both clear and compelling
• Build and maintain Figma templates and design systems for the wider team
• Support CRM and content with on-brand visuals that drive engagement
• Apply AI design tools to increase efficiency, from ideation to delivery

Video Editing

• Edit and repurpose existing footage into short-form videos for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
• Assist with motion graphics and animated elements for web and social use
• Work on brand videos, interviews and explainer content in collaboration with the content team
• Ensure video content is platform-optimised, on-brand, and visually compelling
• Stay up to date with editing trends and tools to keep our content fresh and effective

What we’re looking for:

• Obsession with AI-powered creative tools, you love experimenting with new ones to streamline your process and push your ideas further
• 2+ years of experience in multimedia or marketing design, with a strong graphic portfolio
• Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci)
• Working knowledge of motion design tools (After Effects, Adobe Animate, etc.)
• Bilingual (Arabic & English)
• Experience creating content for performance marketing and social media
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work at speed
• Detail-oriented, with a solid understanding of layout, hierarchy, and brand consistency

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with on-location shooting, lighting setups, or directing content
• Familiarity with real estate, fintech or lifestyle content
