Job summary

TradeQuo Global is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead AI-generated influencer personas across multiple languages and regions from Dubai. You will design personas, manage an international network, and produce AI-driven video content for major platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in fintech industry, FX/forex is a big plus.
• Hands-on with AI video, audio, voice, and image generators; direct experience with Higgsfield.
• Working knowledge across video, voice, image tools and content scripting (ChatGPT/Claude).
• Strong understanding of short-form video, platform algorithms, hooks and trends.
• Ability to maintain consistent AI personas and iterate quickly.
• Solid video editing skills with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop AI influencer personas tailored to markets and languages.
• Manage a multi-region influencer network across Asia, LatAm, MENA.
• Produce AI-generated videos for reels and social platforms.
• Create localized AI voice and dubbing for multilingual content.
• Create visuals and maintain character consistency with AI image tools.
• Set up and operate multiple social accounts across major platforms.
• Own content calendars, posting cadence, and audience growth.
• Localize scripts and creative to regional languages and trends.
• Maintain brand guidelines and compliant advertising practices.
