Confidential Careers in Dubai seeks an experienced Head of Retail Operations to lead the country’s stores, ensure the brand story and customer experience, and drive performance. You will forecast sales, manage budgets, and oversee stock, promotions, and store standards across the market.

The role requires 5–7 years in retail/operations, a Bachelor's degree or higher, and strong reporting, analysis and communication skills to navigate local laws and market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Years of exp: 5 to 7 years in retail or operations management.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Strong reporting, organization, networking and analysis skills.
• Ability to operate per country commercial and labor laws, under high pressure.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Branches managers and head country’s Retail Stores team.
• Deliver brand story and customer experience through performance management.
• Forecast sales yearly, seasonally, monthly, weekly and daily.
• Prepare annual budgets and detailed business operating plan.
• Manage stock levels and stock control decisions.
• Identify growth opportunities and propose partnerships and promotions.
• Ensure quality, health and safety standards and compliance with local laws.
