Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring a District Manager to lead business and operations across multiple stores in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will drive sales, people and store standards, building a high-performing leadership team and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This role covers 6–10 owned stores with $15M–$35M annual volume, requires travel and a five‑day work week. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ direct reports experience are required, with English proficiency to liaise with partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.
• Retail experience leading 3+ direct reports and a team of 30 people.
• Language: English to converse with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive and own store level performance including sales and productivity targets.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience that is fast, friendly and easy.
• Elevate visual merchandising with high standards and brand-aligned floor sets.
• Oversee workforce allocation and manage payroll within store budgets.
• Manage and analyse retail KPIs and drive operational excellence.
• Lead, inspire and develop a diverse stores leadership team.
• Activate ANF culture and values in store teams.
