Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Technician to manage and oversee repairs in our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repairs, with experience in managing a team. The Maintenance Supervisor will also be responsible for optimizing the facility's functionality, comfort, and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

1. Handle all maintenance requests
2. Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work accordingly
3. Inspect facilities periodically to identify problems and necessary maintenance
4. Coordinate projects such as renovations
5. Ensure compliance with quality standards and health and safety regulations
6. Maintain a solid understanding of spare parts and supplier relations
7. Collaborate with Operations, Automation, and Supply Chain teams for asset and spare parts procurement
8. Track and report key metrics to reduce expenses and improve efficiency
9. Supervise maintenance activities and projects
10. Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules
11. Assess machine lifespan and determine when to replace machinery

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a kitchen technician or similar role
• Currently residing in Dubai

Knowledge and Competency

• Familiarity with plumbing concepts
• Focus on increasing productivity through smart equipment to reduce manual work
• Experience with electrical systems such as wiring, cables, breakers, and walk-in chillers
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, civil, mechanical, and electrical systems
