Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a talented Multi Technician to join our Maintenance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preserving the good condition and functionality of premises by performing a variety of maintenance tasks such as MEP, HVAC installations, painting, landscaping, and more.

Responsibilities

• Conduct repairs, replacements, and fixes including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, pool, and air conditioning.
• Complete maintenance work orders at rental properties or offices.
• Report work performed, time spent, parts used, and next steps as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, vehicles, and properties, ensuring safety.
• Keep and update inventory logs, report expenses and materials used.
• Prepare properties for occupancy and assist with inspection reports.
• Handle emergency repairs promptly, including nights and weekends.
• Perform additional maintenance duties and property management tasks as assigned.
• Represent Deluxe Holiday Homes professionally at all times.
