We are looking for a skilled and reliable Multi Technician to perform a wide range of building maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general mechanical systems, ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily maintenance and repair tasks across electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, lighting fixtures, switches, and sockets.
• Perform plumbing duties such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fittings.
• Handle minor carpentry tasks, including furniture repairs, door and window adjustments, and fixture installations.
• Conduct basic mechanical repairs on equipment and tools as needed.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules and maintain records of completed work.
• Support civil maintenance works including tiling, painting, and patch repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures during maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in facility maintenance or a similar role.
