Job description

We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Multi skilled Technician to be part of our dynamic facilities team supporting high-end spas and salons. If you're experienced in MEP systems, hands-on painting, and thrive on keeping operations smooth and seamless, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, reactive, and corrective maintenance on all MEP systems, including electrical (DALI lighting control, distribution boards), HVAC units, and plumbing
• Deliver top-quality painting and finishing work with a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics
• Work collaboratively with in-house and third-party service providers
• Participate in emergency call-outs, including weekends and public holidays
• Execute projects assigned by the Facilities Supervisor while complying with risk assessments and safety procedures
• Manage tasks and time independently, with clear updates to supervisors at each shift’s end
• Assist with any additional duties that support operational continuity
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Trade certificate or diploma in an MEP-related field
• Minimum 4+ years' experience in building maintenance and painting
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, DALI lighting controls, electrical installation, and related safety standards
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and respond to urgent maintenance issues as needed
• Valid UAE driver's license is mandatory
