Multi-Site Security Officer - Paid Weekly!

Location: Portland, OR

Tenured Pay: $21/hour to start, $21.50/hr at 6 months, $22/hr at 1 year

Join our team at Securitas Security where you will have the opportunity to serve your community while receiving advanced training in safety & security. This position will give you the opportunity to gain knowledge in the various security solutions we provide to our clients, while learning multiple vacates of the business. Multi Site Officers will gain a broad, specialized knowledge of various high-profile posts & will be evaluated for leadership & further growth potential.

Typical Multi Site Officer Objectives

• Provide security for short-term special security assignments.
• Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc.
• Assist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site & training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.
• Weekend and holiday availability needed.
• Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests.
  
  

Multi Site Officer Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma OR GED
• Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, & have a strong work ethic
• Must be adaptable to work a a variety of sites
• Must have strong customer service, de-escalation skills and be tech savvy
• Security experience preferred or high level customer service experience works
• Must be adaptable to all levels of sites
• Must be able to travel within the Portland Metro Area
• Must be available 2 of the 3 shifts any day of the week (e.g. day & swings, swings & graves, etc.)
• Valid Driver’s license with clear driving record required for Driver Certification
