• Prepare sales documents such as proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders.
• Support the Catering Sales team with general office duties (e.g., filing, emailing, typing, faxing, mail handling).
• Gather and assemble promotional materials.
• Assist in developing and executing revenue, marketing, and event programs for weddings and special occasions.
• Coordinate and implement social media initiatives.
• Manage sales data and verify information in relevant software.
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and foster guest loyalty.
• Identify opportunities to up-sell and enhance guest experiences.
• Promote the hotel's brand image internally and externally.
• Respond to guest inquiries about facilities, services, and events.
• Serve as the main contact for clients, maintaining effective communication.
• Coordinate reservations for events.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues and departments.
