OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:
Develops and implements marketing strategies to achieve RevPar/share of wallet (non-room revenue) goals for departments including but not limited to spa, food and beverage, retail, concierge, and front office. Manages all in-hotel messaging to guests and updates hotel webpage content as needed. Collaborates with departmental leaders to develop and execute marketing plans and programs to meet revenue targets. Coordinates with the graphic designer to ensure marketing materials are on strategy and within budget.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Conducting Marketing Activities to Achieve Departmental Goals
Implements tracking of initiatives to measure results.
Ensures hotel webpage content is current and accurate.
Manages all guest messaging, including digital signage, collateral, entertainment guides, wayfinding, and in-room messages.
Developing and Implementing Marketing Strategies
Works with department operators and the Public Relations team to support publicity and promotional initiatives.
Assists with brand-specific market strategies and coordinates strategic alliance marketing programs.
Maximizing Revenue
Develops and executes programs to meet revenue goals, manages marketing materials, and liaises with brand VPs for media needs related to non-room revenue initiatives.
