OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:
The role involves developing marketing strategies to meet RevPar and share-of-wallet goals across departments like spa, F&B, retail, concierge, and front office. Responsibilities include managing in-hotel messaging, updating hotel web content, collaborating with departmental leaders, executing marketing plans, and coordinating with graphic designers to ensure messaging aligns with strategy and budget.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Conducting Marketing Activities to Achieve Departmental Goals
Track initiatives to measure results and ensure accuracy of hotel web content. Manage all guest messaging including digital screens, collateral, entertainment guides, and signage.
Developing and Implementing Marketing Strategies
Collaborate with departmental operators and PR to support publicity and promotional initiatives. Assist with brand-specific marketing strategies and coordinate strategic alliance programs.
Maximizing Revenue
Plan and execute programs to meet revenue targets, coordinate with graphic designers, and liaise with brand VPs for media needs related to non-room revenue initiatives.
