Overview
The Multi-Property Performance Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving revenue and brand awareness across multiple hotel properties. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, managing digital and traditional campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals. The manager will focus on enhancing visibility, optimizing performance across channels, and supporting food & beverage, rooms, and event promotions.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans and budgets for assigned properties.
- Align marketing initiatives with hotel revenue strategies and business priorities.
- Collaborate with property GMs, Sales, Revenue, and F&B teams to drive targeted campaigns.
- Digital Marketing & eCommerce
- Manage digital advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and display campaigns.
- Ensure hotel websites and third-party listings are optimized and up-to-date.
- Liaise with regional eCommerce teams to align digital efforts and track performance.
- Social Media & Content Management
- Create and manage content across social media platforms.
- Develop campaigns to promote F&B, spa, weddings, and events.
- Monitor online reputation and respond to guest feedback on digital channels.
- Public Relations & Communications
- Develop quarterly PR plans and manage media relationships.
- Write and distribute press releases for property events and promotions.
- Coordinate photography and visual asset creation for marketing use.
- Collateral & Branding
- Oversee production of marketing materials and signage.
- Ensure all collateral adheres to brand standards and audit requirements.
- Maintain inventory and filing of marketing assets.
- Performance Reporting & Analysis
- Track and report campaign performance metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in hospitality marketing, digital advertising, or related areas.
- Experience managing multi-property marketing preferred.
