This position manages large group and catering opportunities, focusing on revenue maximization through proactive upselling and excellent service delivery. Responsibilities include achieving revenue targets, ensuring proper business turnover, fostering customer loyalty, and collaborating with sales channels to coordinate efforts. The role involves targeting corporate accounts, developing sales plans, negotiating contracts, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders. The candidate will also conduct site inspections, create proposals, and support brand standards to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Other duties include executing service standards, supporting operational tasks, and contributing to business growth.
