OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:
The role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer software and systems, providing guidance, analyzing processes for improvements, managing applications and user accounts, maintaining records, training users, and supporting telecommunications activities including client/server support and strategic planning. The role also includes assisting management with HR functions such as hiring, training, and motivating staff, developing positive relationships, adhering to policies, and ensuring quality standards are met. Additional responsibilities include verifying information, operating POS systems, and performing physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 10 pounds. Other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in related work.
Supervisory Experience: None required.
Licenses/Certifications: None required.
