Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets, ensuring standards.
• Drive operational performance, revenue growth, cost control and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs including sales, labor, food cost, guest satisfaction and service standards.
• Lead, coach and develop restaurant management teams.
• Ensure brand standards, SOPs and procedures are followed.
• Conduct outlet visits, audits and performance reviews for improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with culinary, marketing, HR, finance and supply chain teams.
• Support new store openings including staffing, training and launch.
