Multi-Beauty Head of Brands & Business Development Manager

Role Summary:

The Multi-Beauty Head of Brands & Business Development Manager is responsible for driving brand partnerships, overseeing the performance and growth of multiple beauty brands, and leading business development initiatives. This includes onboarding new brands, optimizing existing brand performance across channels, and identifying new market opportunities to ensure strategic growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management:

  • Build and execute strategic business plans per brand, aligned with their global strategies.
  • Drive merchandising, assortment planning, pricing strategies, and lifecycle management.

Business Development:

  • Lead negotiations of brand agreements, commercial terms, and exclusivity clauses.
  • Build strong relationships with regional distributors, global brand owners, and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze sell-through, stock levels, and performance by door/channel to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with retail, online, and marketing teams to maximize visibility and revenue.
  • Propose and manage brand-level marketing budgets and ROI measurement.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Work closely with visual merchandising, training, operations, and e-commerce teams.
  • Manage a team of brand managers and/or brand executives where applicable.
  • Lead monthly business reviews and quarterly brand performance reviews.

Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of experience in brand management or commercial roles within the beauty or retail industry.
