MTM Business epitomizes the core DNA of the Ermenegildo Brand. To provide an exclusive MTM service experience to customers by identifying their needs, offering high-quality advice, proposing suitable products, and building relationships with key and new MTM customers to cultivate loyalty.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Serve as the point of reference and leader for all MTM-related services: sharing information within stores and training Style Advisors on MTM opportunities and advantages to identify potential MTM customers.
2. Act as the liaison between the Personalization and VIC Business Development Manager and the stores to ensure smooth MTM service operations.
3. Follow up on all MTM orders and oversee relevant logistics processes.
4. Manage all MTM tools and materials within the stores.
5. Network effectively to acquire new MTM customers and expand the database.
6. Analyze monthly MTM business performance and report findings and suggestions to the Head of Retail, Personalization, and VIC Business Development Manager.
7. Coordinate team activities to contact and invite customers for MTM services.
8. Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset in developing the MTM business.
9. Consolidate Zegna’s loyal MTM customers and work to recover or activate dormant customers.
10. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of CRM data.
11. Oversee MTM training, monitoring, and reporting of results.
12. Stay updated on competitor offerings and USPs.
13. Select, develop, and mentor store Customer Advisors into MTM specialists, including identifying potential candidates for growth into this role.
