As a MS Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant, you will be client-facing and responsible for the discovery, scoping, and collection of requirements to build and deploy solutions that are tailored to your customer. You’ll solve problems using your CRM knowledge as you liaise between Avanade clients, your project team, and the wider internal CRM community. This role provides the opportunity to work for Microsoft’s #1 partner, with an unrivalled focus on personal development and training in both technology and softer consulting skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Consult and advise our clients and internal stakeholders on uses of technology to solve business problems
  2. Participate in client workshops to analyze and design solutions for workstreams
  3. Transform business requirements into application requirements to populate the requirements traceability matrix and conduct a fit/gap analysis
  4. Write functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team to ensure functional requirements are understood
  5. Prototype, configure, and test respective business processes

Minimum Requirements:

  • You have a passion for learning along with good business sense and time management
  • You know how to manage your clients’ expectations effectively
  • Strong consulting skills and client-facing experience with an implementation partner and/or end user
  • You’ve likely achieved a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer engagement modules Sales and Customer service is a must; Field services and marketing are nice to have.
  • Good functional knowledge about power platform
  • Experience on many full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM
  • Experience managing/leading teams both on and offshore is nice to have, but not required
  • You speak fluent English and Arabic
