MPM - PMC - Administrative Coordinator (Outsource Role)

Job Description

Role: Administrative Coordinator

Location: UAE

Role Purpose:

  • Assist PMC with weekly, monthly, and yearly reconciliations for SZHP, DOF & FTA business.
  • Assist PMC with SZHP, DOF & FTA case registration, document uploads, and updating the PMC master sheet.
  • Handle payment registration, invoicing follow-up, review invoice descriptions, manage departmental emails, prepare reports, contact clients, and handle Oracle registration.

Key Accountabilities of the role

General:

  • Provide high-level customer service and care.
  • Present the company professionally across all business interactions.
  • Engage in self-development and continuous personal growth.

Policies, Systems, Processes, and Procedures:

  • Analyze and document business processes to develop efficiency solutions.

PMC:

  • Register progress payments, valuations, invoices, and FTA cases (Shareholder, Excel, Oracle systems).
  • Register project files (Shareholder, Excel, Oracle systems).
  • Conduct weekly and monthly SZHP, DOF & FTA reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly business reports including KPIs, pending cases, and ongoing cases.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports.
  • Manage and follow up on departmental emails, contact clients as needed.
  • Ensure high-quality report output and quality control.

Risk:

  • Monitor risk exposure and compliance within the development advisory department.

Training:

In-house training will be provided.

Required Skills / Technical Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a university.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
