What Does a Mortgage Product Manager Do?

1. Develop and implement business strategies to grow the mortgage portfolio and enhance profitability.
2. Lead strategic initiatives aligned with mortgage market trends and bank objectives.
3. Design innovative mortgage products with strong digital integration.
4. Conduct end-to-end product lifecycle management, including credit policy reviews, system upgrades, and customer journey enhancements.
5. Manage portfolio performance, risk controls, and revenue tracking.
6. Supervise compliance with business continuity plans and operational risk assessments.
7. Oversee marketing, pricing, and customer communications to promote mortgage products.
8. Foster internal collaboration across digital, finance, compliance, and sales teams.
9. Maintain external relationships with brokers, developers, and other partners.

What Are the Key Responsibilities?

1. Support the Head of Mortgage in achieving business goals and customer satisfaction.
