Mortgage Manager

As a Mortgage Manager at Globaleye, you will be responsible for working closely with our clients. You will engage with clients on a personal level, encouraging them to talk extensively about what motivates them and how they want their lives to look in years to come.

You will listen more than you speak. You will take the clients' feelings, personality and ambitions into account, before you offer your expert advice. You will then provide financial planning with purpose. Every element of our clients’ finances will be designed around their vision for the future, while accommodating their current circumstances and attitude to risk.

You will deliver plans which are easy to understand, ready to action and precisely targeted to grow, manage and preserve our client’s wealth. You will then remain on hand to steer our clients through the years ahead and refine their plans as priorities change.

Your duties will include:

1. Provide high quality and professional Mortgage & Protection advice to a HNW client bank.
2. Fact-find effectively to establish the client’s current finances and future aspirations.
3. Work closely with the firm’s wealth managers to network and build relationships with the clients, while keeping the wealth managers in the loop regarding the progress of the mortgage and protection applications.
4. Embrace company values and promote them effectively alongside the brand.
5. Maintain good knowledge of the Financial Services industry and knowledge that is deemed necessary.

Requirements:

1. Financial planning or investment qualifications is a bonus.
2. High customer service skills and client-oriented.
3. The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
4. Excellent communicator at all levels.
5. Ability to demonstrate knowledge in your field.
6. Minimum 5 years+ experience of dealing with High Net Worth clients.
