We're on the lookout for a Mortgage Consultant who's passionate about finance, thrives on helping people, and knows how to navigate the ins and outs of mortgage lending. This isn't your typical 9-to-5 desk job. You'll be out meeting clients, visiting partner banks, and actively creating opportunities. What You'll Do:

1. Assess clients' financial status and property requirements to recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
2. Provide information on available mortgage products, interest rates, and repayment terms.
3. Liaise with banks and financial institutions to secure favorable mortgage deals.
4. Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring all required documentation is collected and submitted.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE mortgage laws, central bank regulations, and market trends.
6. Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, developers, and clients.
7. Follow up on client inquiries, pre-approvals, and approvals in a timely manner.

What You'll Bring:

1. Proven experience selling mortgage products and banking solutions.

4. Comfort with financial tools and software.
5. Bachelor's degree.
6. Use CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and client records.
7. Create reports and presentations using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
8. UAE driving license is a plus.
