A leading financial institution in Dubai is seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join their team. This role involves advising clients on mortgage products, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and guiding clients throughout the mortgage process. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of UAE experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in closing successful mortgage deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on mortgage products from leading UAE banks and financial institutions
- Analyze client profiles to determine mortgage eligibility and recommend suitable options
- Guide clients through the entire mortgage process: pre-approval, documentation, application, and final disbursal
- Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and internal sales teams
- Ensure complete compliance with UAE banking and Central Bank mortgage regulations
- Meet monthly targets for mortgage submissions and approvals
- Stay updated on changes in mortgage policies, interest rates, and property finance guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience as a Mortgage Adviser or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of mortgage procedures, bank requirements, and documentation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and financial advisory skills
- Proven track record of successful mortgage deals
- Must be currently residing in Dubai or UAE
- Ability to handle client queries independently and close deals efficiently
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
