Position Overview:

We are hiring ambitious and service-driven Mortgage Advisors who are looking to build a long-term career in the mortgage and property finance sector. You’ll be working in a supportive team environment with access to ongoing training, warm leads, and direct mentorship from industry experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct introductory consultations with clients to understand their mortgage needs.
• Collect and review client documents to support pre-approvals and loan applications.
• Educate clients on basic financing options, loan terms, and general eligibility.
• Coordinate with internal processing teams and lenders to track application status.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system and follow up with clients proactively.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to stay informed about mortgage products and policies.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and company marketing channels.
• Assist in organizing and attending property events, open houses, and expos.
• Work under the guidance of Senior Mortgage Advisors to learn best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the client’s journey.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, banking, or real estate (mortgage experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Familiarity with UAE real estate or banking systems is a bonus.
• Fluency in English required (Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred, but relevant experience is also considered.
