A leading bank in the UAE is seeking a Mortgage Sales professional to join a growing team. This role involves generating mortgage business, managing customer relationships, and ensuring quality service delivery. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of banking experience focused on mortgage sales and retail banking knowledge. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Generate business to achieve defined sales targets in mortgages.
  • Explain documentation, application, and approval processes of mortgage loans.
  • Liaise with customers pre and post-approval for documentation and formalities.
  • Ensure applications are error free and turnaround times are maintained.
  • Assist in tie-ups with Real Estate Agents and provide property market information.
  • Maintain relationships with developer office staff.
  • Focus on new bank customers.
  • Assist in generation of team MIS and updates on pipeline.

What You Will Be Doing

To perform all sales related activities for potential and existing customers through effective sourcing of primary and related banking products, in order to achieve the assigned financial targets while adhering to the bank's policies, ethics and code of conduct.

Job Purpose:

To acquire Mortgage Loans through effective relationship management, ensure delivery of quality service to the customers; project a professional image, with an aim to meet budgeted volumes for mortgage loans on a team and individual level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate business to achieve defined sales targets in mortgages.
  • To explain the documentation, application and approval process of mortgage loans to the customer
  • Liaise with the customers pre and post approval for completion of documentation and all related formalities
  • To ensure that applications are error free and turnaround times are maintained.
  • Assist RM’s in Tie-ups with Real Estate Agents and provide information on property market and other competitors on a regular basis.
  • Ensure to list two real estate companies per quarter.
  • Establish relationship with staff at the developer offices
  • Focus on New to bank customers.
  • Assist in generation of team MIS and regular updates on pipeline.
