Job Description

• Conduct thorough financial assessments to determine clients' mortgage eligibility and tailor solutions that best fit their needs.
• Stay updated on market trends and changes in lending policies to provide clients with the most relevant and accurate advice.
• Guide clients through the entire mortgage application process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage products, including fixed-rate, adjustable-rate, and government-backed options.
• Assist clients in understanding their credit reports and advise on strategies to improve credit scores for better mortgage terms.
