Job summary

Unison Group is seeking an experienced Techno-Functional RCO Consultant to implement Moody’s RiskConfidence (RCO) for banking clients in the UAE. You will translate regulatory requirements into RCO configurations, map data, and support testing and production deployment.

You will collaborate with Risk, Treasury, Finance and IT stakeholders, configure risk models, and support modules such as Liquidity Risk, ALM, and Regulatory Reporting. Experience with LCR/NSFR and IRRBB is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in Banking Risk / Risk Management technology.
• Hands-on experience with Moody’s RiskConfidence (RCO) implementation.
• Strong understanding of Liquidity Risk, ALM, Stress Testing and Regulatory Reporting.
• Experience with LCR, NSFR, IRRBB and/or other banking regulatory calculations.
• Strong knowledge of data mapping, ETL, data modelling and data validation.
• Good SQL skills and understanding of banking/risk data models.
• Experience across the complete implementation lifecycle: Requirement Gathering → Design → Configuration → Testing → UAT → Go-Live → Production Support.
• Strong techno-functional and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience working with global banking clients is preferred.
• Moody’s RCO certification is an advantage.

• Support client discussions, demonstrations, knowledge transfer and post-go-live activities.
