Job summary

NTU International A/S is seeking a Senior Non-Key Expert in Monitoring & Evaluation to support EU-funded project activities for the Egypt Downtown Facility. The role focuses on developing results frameworks, indicators, baselines and monitoring tools, plus conducting evaluations and impact assessments.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in economics or related fields and have substantial experience in M&E, RBM, and capacity building; Arabic language is desirable.

Job description

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU-funded project called: "Egypt Downtown Facility."

The overall objective of this assignment is to enhance the effectiveness, coherence and visibility of the Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership between the European Union and the Arab Republic of Egypt by providing rapid, flexible and high-quality technical assistance in support of jointly agreed bilateral cooperation priorities. This objective will contribute to strengthened policy dialogue, improved programme implementation and reinforced institutional capacities of Egyptian partner entities involved in EU-funded actions.

In this context, we are seeking a highly qualified Senior Non-Key Expert - Monitoring & Evaluation to support technical assistance assignments related to monitoring, evaluation and results-based management, including the development of results frameworks, indicators and monitoring tools, as well as evaluations, impact assessments and performance reviews.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master's degree in economics, statistics, development studies, public policy, social sciences, or a related field.
• Arabic is desirable.

Professional Experience

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience designing and implementing monitoring, evaluation and results-based management systems.
• Experience developing indicators, baselines, targets, results frameworks and monitoring tools
• Experience conducting evaluations, impact assessments and/or performance reviews
• Experience providing training, capacity building sessions is desired.
• Experience with EU funded programmes is an asset.
