Job summary

NTU International A/S is seeking a Senior Non-Key Expert – Communication & Visibility to support EU-funded project activities. The role covers communication, dissemination, knowledge management, capitalisation and promotion of results through digital channels.

The candidate should have a Master’s degree in a relevant field, 7+ years of experience with EU- or donor-funded programmes, and may have French language skills as an asset.

• Good knowledge of EU communications and visibility requirements.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in EU- or donor-funded programmes.

Job description

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU-funded project called: “Egypt Drawdown Facility.”

The overall objective of this assignment is to enhance the effectiveness, coherence and visibility of the Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership between the European Union and the Arab Republic of Egypt by providing rapid, flexible and high-quality technical assistance in support of jointly agreed bilateral cooperation priorities. This objective will contribute to strengthened policy dialogue, improved programme implementation and reinforced institutional capacities of Egyptian partner entities involved in EU-funded actions.

In this context, we are seeking a highly qualified Senior Non-Key Expert – Communication & Visibility to support technical assistance assignments related to communication and visibility, knowledge management, capitalisation, dissemination, digital communication, and promotion of EU-funded activities and results.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master’s degree in communication, journalism, public relations, marketing, international relations, or a related field.
• French is an asset.

Professional Experience

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience implementing communication and visibility activities for EU- or donor-funded programmes.
• Experience preparing communication materials, success stories, event reports and dissemination products.
• Good knowledge of EU communication and visibility requirements.
• Experience in knowledge management, capitalisation and dissemination through digital platforms.
