Monitoring and Team Lead Control

The Monitoring & Control Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the real-time monitoring, data acquisition, and control operations of the DEWA Phase VI Solar Plant. This role ensures efficient performance tracking, system diagnostics, and remote troubleshooting for plant components, including SCADA systems, inverters, substations, and weather monitoring stations.

The Team Leader works closely with O&M teams, grid operators, and EPC contractors to optimize energy production, ensure compliance with grid codes, and support proactive maintenance strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Strong knowledge of power plant automation, real-time monitoring, and grid compliance.
2. Familiarity with communication protocols such as MODBUS, IEC 61850, DNP3, OPC, and SCADA - RTUs and PLC programming.
