Modern Work & Copilot Technology Sales Specialist

Qualifications: Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) or related field, proven experience in pre-sales or customer success, strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot and Power Apps, and excellent communication skills. Certifications in Microsoft Copilot and Power Apps are preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience with AI-driven, cloud-based customer engagement solutions. Proficiency in Spanish and English for LATAM market is required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with clients to assess business challenges related to Microsoft Copilot and Power Apps.
  2. Design and present tailored solutions leveraging industry best practices.
  3. Conduct product demos, workshops, and presentations.
  4. Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer success teams.
  5. Provide strategic insights to optimize business processes.
  6. Stay updated on relevant trends and technologies.
  7. Support pre-sales activities, including responding to RFPs.
  8. Consult clients on Copilot adoption, deployment, skilling, and advanced use cases.
  9. Act as a trusted advisor throughout the Copilot adoption journey.
