Concerning the Duty:
As Demi Chef De Partie, you are in charge of preparation and service of hot and cold meals, responsible for the section, performing ordering and stock rotation where required.

Reporting to the Chef de Partie or Chef, responsibilities and key job features include but are not limited to the following:
In charge of preparing and presenting premium quality dishes to provide an exceptional visitor and member experience.
Needed to supervise all cooking recipes that are prepared in their section and also ensure smooth flow of operation.
To be completely aware of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
