(Ajman, United Arab Emirates) Looking for Front Desk Representative for a 5-star resort.
Responsibilities:
Process accounts from check-in to check-out, ensuring accurate postings of all incidental charges utilizing computerized Front Office systems.
Provide prompt, polite, and reliable service to all guests, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction through tailored service from arrival till departure.
Conduct in-room and hotel orientation and assist guests with hotel activity inquiries/requests.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel information and local services, including operating hours, promotions, events, attractions, and any allied information to respond to guest queries.
Maintain awareness of rate levels to be sold on a daily basis and the occupancy levels.
Demonstrate a complete understanding of the hotel's policies, procedures, and service requirements, as well as a full understanding of the hotel facilities and happenings.
Ensure guests are personally welcomed by name, if known, and escorted to their room to make them feel expected and welcomed.
Accurately provide Front Office cashiering requirements and follow all laid down systems, policies, and procedures.
Maintain the privacy of all guests by ensuring that no details of the guests are divulged.
Requirements:
Ideally candidates who can speak Arabic or Russian.
Language Skills Needed: Opera Knowledge.
