Guest Room Attendant

Belong to our vibrant team creating unforgettable guest experiences at Four Seasons Resort Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island. The initial Four Seasons in the Emirati capital will be a 200-room hotel located in the heart of the new Central Business Area. The striking new structure is situated on a prime stretch of beachfront adjacent to the new ADGM Square complex, home of the new Abu Dhabi Stocks Exchange. A retro-modern Chicago steakhouse, a cocktail bar, and a poolside dining establishment with sweeping views overlooking the sea are among an array of dining options planned. The structure will also house 124 exclusive and rented apartments.

Duties

1. Cleaning guest areas, inspecting maintenance, maintaining hallways clean, and restocking kitchens.
2. Understand guest requirements and respond to guest demands with tailored communication.
3. Ensure safety procedures are adhered to and alert Security of any incident or injury.
4. Be willing to learn, enthusiastic about services and products, guest-driven, and a team player to get the work done accurately and in a timely manner.

Preferred Credentials and Skills

1. Great reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
2. Extra language skills (i.e., Arabic) are a plus.
3. Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
4. 2-3 years previous 5-star resort or hotel experience in the Middle East.
