Job description

START : A.S.A.P / July 2025 (Visa-pending)

REPORT TO : Branch Manager / Operations Manager / CEO

CONTRACT : 2-year contract with option to renew

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS :

• Monday - Sunday 10:00 - 22:00 (these are the spa's operating hours, not shifts)
• 10-hour standard shift per day including lunch/dinner
• 1 day off per week
• 30 days annual paid leave (after 1 year of service)

PACKAGE & BENEFITS :

• AED 5,000 per month (based on skills & qualifications) | USD $1,350 per month

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

• Diploma in Somatology, Cosmetology, Skin & Beauty Therapy, or similar (accredited by CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC, BABTAC, SAAHSP)
• Confident English communication skills
• Minimum 2 years industry experience
• Groomed and highly presentable
• Versatile Beauty Therapist (Body, Skin, Beauty)

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :

• Experience in luxury salons, day spas, or cruise ships
• Mobile spa therapy experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Skilled in body, skin, and beauty treatments
• Bonus skills: Threading, Lash Extensions, Body Scrub, Body Wrap, Nail Enhancements, Hair Care

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Beauty Treatments & Services

• Perform facials, massages, waxing, threading, lash treatments, and body treatments

Body & Skin Care

• Provide slimming and contouring treatments such as lymphatic drainage, radiofrequency skin tightening, cavitation, body wraps, and cellulite reduction

Client Consultation & Advice

• Conduct consultations and recommend suitable treatments
• Offer skincare and body care advice tailored to clients

Hygiene & Safety

• Maintain sanitation standards
• Follow health, safety, and spa policies

Client Care & Experience

• Greet clients warmly and create a professional environment
• Ensure client comfort and address concerns
• Maintain a professional appearance

Retail & Upselling

• Educate clients on products and promote treatments
• Achieve retail sales targets
