Job summary

Crucifer AI in Dubai is building an AI-first learning and technology ecosystem. We are seeking a data scientist with 2–7 years of experience to help shape personalized learner experiences through ML and experimentation.

You will explore learner data, prototype ML/LLM solutions, design experiments, build data pipelines, and collaborate with engineering. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role with rapid iteration and direct access to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years in data science, machine learning or applied AI.
• Strong Python.
• Statistics and experimentation.
• Experience with ML frameworks and modern LLM tooling.
• Ability to communicate model behavior to product and learning teams.

Responsibilities

• Explore learner and content data.
• Prototype ML/LLM solutions.
