Qualifications

• 8+ years in AI/ML or related field.
• Proven experience with LLMs and fine-tuning.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in AI/Data Science/CS/Statistics.
• Strong programming in Python or R.
• Experience with ML frameworks and generative AI tooling.
• Proven ability to apply data science to business problems.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration.
