Located in the exclusive area of Palm Jumeirah, the hotel is part of the Royal Hideaway brand and offers 279 rooms and suites, along with 285 apartments.

Next to a magnificent private beach, the hotel features impressive restaurants serving extraordinary dishes and authentic flavors, including the award-winning Khyber restaurant and the iconic Dukes Bar. Guests can also enjoy a relaxing indoor swimming pool on the 14th floor and an innovative Kids Club for the youngest members of the family.

This 5-star hotel has 7 meeting rooms and event spaces for weddings. It is conveniently located—just a 10-minute drive to Dubai and Nakheel Mall, and 20 minutes by car to Dubai International Airport (DXB), among other attractions.

We are currently looking for a Minibar Attendant.

The main objectives of this role are to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery to guests, assist the manager in achieving high guest satisfaction scores, recognize repeat guests, and meet all reasonable guest needs.

This position requires flexibility regarding working hours and shift patterns, which may vary according to business demands.

Duties and responsibilities:

  1. Raising checks and maintaining the minibar register.
  2. Stocking and replacing missing items, inspecting, moving, and cleaning mini-bars according to departmental procedures and policies.
  3. Maintaining, tracking, and completing the daily worksheet of minibar stock.
  4. Replenishing minibar items in guest rooms.
  5. Maintaining the minibar pantry in terms of par stock, stacking, and cleanliness.
  6. Ensuring products in the minibar are not expired and removing expired items as necessary.
  7. Maintaining assigned minibar carts.
  8. Raising store requisitions and obtaining stock from the storeroom.
  9. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professionalism at all times.
  10. Collaborating closely with Room Service, Guest Relations, Front Office, and other key departments.
  11. Performing all duties related to minibar operations and covering the supervisor in their absence.
  12. Delivering excellent guest service.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a large luxury hotel with at least 500 keys is required.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Minibar Attendant.
  • Active listening and effective communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.
  • High school diploma; food safety training is a plus.
  • Team spirit.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
