Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel DIFC in Dubai is seeking a hospitality professional for Food & Beverage service. You will stock, maintain and replenish in-room minibars and private bars, ensuring accurate guest charges and inventory control.

English proficiency and 1-2 years of F&B experience are preferred, with knowledge of wines, spirits and MICROS beneficial. A college degree is advantageous, and you will work 6 days over 48 hours per week in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MICROS system is preferred.
• One to two years' experience in Food & Beverage is preferred.
• Reading, writing and spoken English required.
• Knowledge of food, wines and spirits is desirable.
• A college or university degree would be an advantage.
• Ability to count and record accurately.

Responsibilities

• Stock and replenish private bar items and relay guest charges to Front Office.
• Keep an accurate par for beverages, snacks, and non-food items.
• Clean and maintain in-room private/mini-bars and report issues.
• Check quality and expiry of all items and replace as needed.
• Adhere to Four Seasons' work rules and standards of conduct.
• Work harmoniously with coworkers and supervisors.
• Assist with room service tray removal.
• Assist with delivery of in-room amenities.

What You Will Do

• Stock and replenish private bar items, and compute and relay guest charges accurately to Front Office.
• Keep an accurate par if food items such as beverages and snacks, as well as non-food items like menu cards, napkins, straws, etc. on cart and in storage areas.
• Clean and maintain in-room private/mini-bars; report damage, or malfunctioning units.
• Check quality and expiration of all items; discard and replace according to established procedures.
• Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in the Handbook.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Assist with room service tray removal.
• Assist with delivery of in-room amenities.

What You Bring

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred.
• One to two years' experience working in Food & Beverage preferred.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Working knowledge of food, wines, and spirits.
• College or University Degree would be an advantage
• Skills and abilities to count and record accurately.
