Job summary

Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina, part of the InterContinental Hotels Group, is recruiting a Food & Beverage Assistant (Mini Bar). You will deliver professional service to guests and support minibar and restaurant operations in a bustling Dubai hotel.

We seek friendly, guest-focused individuals with a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills and the ability to provide discrete, personalised service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage service is preferred.
• Ability to greet, seat and serve guests professionally.
• Knowledge of minibar operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform all necessary tasks to service food & beverage according to the standard of performance manual of the hotel
• Greet and seat customers and serve them in a professional, discreet and personalized way
• Acquire in depth knowledge of the food & beverage menu of the assigned outlet in order to assist and provide advice to guests
