Job Description
As a Mini Bar Attendant at SO/ Ras Al Khaimah, part of the All-Inclusive Collection, you will be responsible for replenishing, maintaining, and controlling all in-room minibars to ensure accuracy, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. You will play a key role in enhancing the in-room experience by ensuring minibars are fully stocked, well-presented, and aligned with the bold and stylish identity of the SO/ brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Replenish minibars in all guest rooms according to hotel standards and par stock levels.
- Check expiry dates, product quality, and presentation to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Record consumption accurately, post charges to guest accounts, and ensure billing is error-free.
- Monitor stock levels, request replenishment, and assist with monthly inventory counts.
- Ensure minibars are always clean, organized, and properly presented.
- Report any maintenance issues (e.g., malfunctioning refrigerators) promptly to the engineering department.
- Handle guest requests for additional minibar items quickly and courteously.
- Monitor guest preferences and communicate frequently consumed items to the team.
- Comply with hotel policies, responsible consumption regulations, and brand service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the minibar storage area.
- Support the IRD team with additional duties during peak periods as assigned.
- Uphold SO/ grooming standards and represent the brand with a stylish and professional presence.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or a similar role in luxury hotels/resorts preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory procedures and stock control.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Good communication and guest service skills.
- Physical ability to restock, lift, and carry supplies as required.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
