Job Description

As a Mini Bar Attendant at SO/ Ras Al Khaimah, part of the All-Inclusive Collection, you will be responsible for replenishing, maintaining, and controlling all in-room minibars to ensure accuracy, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. You will play a key role in enhancing the in-room experience by ensuring minibars are fully stocked, well-presented, and aligned with the bold and stylish identity of the SO/ brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Replenish minibars in all guest rooms according to hotel standards and par stock levels.
  • Check expiry dates, product quality, and presentation to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
  • Record consumption accurately, post charges to guest accounts, and ensure billing is error-free.
  • Monitor stock levels, request replenishment, and assist with monthly inventory counts.
  • Ensure minibars are always clean, organized, and properly presented.
  • Report any maintenance issues (e.g., malfunctioning refrigerators) promptly to the engineering department.
  • Handle guest requests for additional minibar items quickly and courteously.
  • Monitor guest preferences and communicate frequently consumed items to the team.
  • Comply with hotel policies, responsible consumption regulations, and brand service standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the minibar storage area.
  • Support the IRD team with additional duties during peak periods as assigned.
  • Uphold SO/ grooming standards and represent the brand with a stylish and professional presence.
