Job description

Since being founded in 2018, Copper has been building the standard for institutional digital asset infrastructure, focusing on custody, collateral management, and prime services.

Led by Amar Kuchinad, Copper's Global CEO, the firm offers a comprehensive suite of custody, trading, and settlement solutions that reduce counterparty risk and enhance capital and operational efficiency in digital asset markets. Central to Copper's offerings is Multi-Party Computation (MPC) technology, regarded as the gold standard in secure custody. Copper's multi-award-winning custody system can connect to centralized exchanges, DeFi applications, and staking pools without assets leaving custody.

Built on this state-of-the-art custody system, ClearLoop is the first solution in the market to address the industry challenge of counterparty risk with exchanges. It supports a full prime services offering, connecting global exchanges and enabling clients to trade and settle directly from MPC-secured wallets. By reducing settlement times to a few milliseconds (independent of blockchain networks) and providing enhanced security measures, ClearLoop is transforming how asset managers trade and manage capital.

In addition to industry-leading security certifications, Copper maintains one of the strongest insurance coverages in the industry from an A-rated insurer, positioning the firm as a trusted partner for institutions seeking asset safeguarding.
