Job summary

Anduril Industries in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Regional Train and Advise Lead to bridge advisory work with contract negotiations and hands-on deployment across the Middle East. You will coordinate training, field support, and mission planning for advanced air defense and autonomy systems.

The role requires regional leadership, strong cross-cultural communication, and willingness to travel extensively to support rapid deployment and integration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic required and demonstrated experience in the Middle East.
• Experience operating in train-and-advise, liaison, field engineering, or foreign engagement roles.
• Proven ability to brief senior government and military staff on operational matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational SME during regional partner engagements and demonstrations.
• Oversee delivery of comprehensive training for Middle East military users, including Train the Trainer.
• Assess operational needs, identify capability gaps, and track adoption metrics.
• Build strategic relationships with military leadership and end-users as a trusted liaison.
• Provide advisory support on mission planning, CONOPs, SOPs, and TTPs.
• Act as regional SME with cultural sensitivity and strategic alignment.
• Support rapid system deployment in austere environments and troubleshoot issues.
• Translate field feedback into actionable requirements for engineering and product teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align insights with roadmaps and services.
