Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking an HR Risk and Employee Relations CoE Manager for a 12-14 month assignment in the Middle East. You will shape ER framework, lead investigations, and partner with senior leadership on complex workplace matters.

You will own HR processes, collaborate with legal, compliance, and HR teams, and drive risk management and employee relations practices across the region. Excellent English required; Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in HR operations, employee relations, or HR risk management.
• Experience in employee relations is mandatory for the role.
• Strong understanding of workplace policies and risk management frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with discretion and professionalism.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.

• Shape the HR Risk and Employee Relations framework for the Middle East.
• Lead ER investigations and high-impact employee relations initiatives.
