What You'll Do

We are looking for a highly driven Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Middle East Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. Reporting to the FP&A Senior Manager, you will provide analytical support with a focus financial reporting, and continuous process enhancement. You’ll collaborate closely with FP&A, Accounting, and business stakeholders to deliver insights that drive decision-making and operational efficiency.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to support decision-making and transparency
  • Streamline FP&A reporting processes by leveraging SAP's analytical capabilities, increasing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Actively contribute to continuous process enhancements through SAP system improvements, collaborating with cross-functional finance and accounting teams.

  • Problem Solving, Data Mining and Analytical Skills:
    • Identify and solve complex problems with detail-oriented and rigorous approach to accuracy.
    • Adapt to new processes and systems, demonstrating flexibility and eagerness to learn.
    • Proactively analyze data, deduce insights, and deliver correct analysis efficiently.
    • Participate in continuous improvement of the reporting process.
    • Confidently ask probing questions, make recommendations, and explain decision logic.
  • Business Partnering:
    • Collaborate with all the BST teams, particularly with accounting, BD and commercial teams, in a fast-paced environment.
    • Build strong, trusted working relationships, and communicate effectively with different audiences.
    • Embrace change, contribute to collaborative environment, and offer support proactively.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, or accounting, engineering, mathematics.
    3-4 years of business experience, preferably in FP&A, audit, accounting, commercial finance, or controlling functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced digital skills, especially in Excel, and knowledge of tools such as SAP. Oracle, Business
  • Objects, and Tableau are a plus.
  • Advanced Power Point skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Dexter
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal communication


Who You'll Work With

You will work within Finance Team which includes FP&A, Business Development, Accounting, Commercial, and Tax & Compliance Teams. You will interact with internal teams as well as ME leadership. You will liaise with our global finance team and other systems.
