We are transforming corporate finance and tackling challenging problems in B2B payments.

As the Mid-Market and Enterprise Sales Lead, you will be the first member of Pluto’s mid-market/enterprise sales team, owning this critical segment. This full-cycle sales role involves prospecting, demos, negotiations, and closing deals with companies of 200+ employees. You will report to the CEO and work closely with the CPO to align sales with product strategy, collaborating cross-functionally to develop sales narratives and materials.

What you’ll do :
  • Own the mid-market & enterprise segment as the point person for sales in larger accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — outreach, discovery, demos, and closing high-value deals.
  • Engage with finance and procurement leaders, primarily CFOs, finance managers, and procurement heads.
  • Work directly with leadership on strategic deals and provide market feedback to shape product development.
  • Create sales collateral and strategies in partnership with marketing and product teams.
Who You Are

We seek a driven sales professional capable of building this function from scratch. You should have:

  • Proven full-cycle sales experience, from prospecting to closing.
  • Expertise in outbound enterprise sales, navigating complex organizational structures and long sales cycles.
  • Experience selling to finance or procurement teams is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of the MENA market is a plus.
  • Background in ERP or procurement software (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, Coupa) is advantageous.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, autonomous, ownership-driven, and process-oriented.
