As the Mid-Market and Enterprise Sales Lead, you will be the first member of Pluto's mid-market/enterprise sales team, owning this critical segment. This full-cycle sales role involves driving the entire sales process—from outbound prospecting and demos to negotiating and closing high-value deals with companies of 200+ employees. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Chief Product Officer to align sales efforts with product strategy. Additionally, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to craft compelling sales narratives and materials.
